Recipients Announced in Lombard

The Lombard Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association is proud to announce the recipients of this year's Sergeant Bud Marks Memorial Scholarships. Two $1,500 scholarships were presented this year. The first was awarded to Campbell Gouty, son of Lombard Police Department Patrol Officer Eric Gouty. The second was presented to Declan Ekhart, son of Lombard Fire Department Battalion Chief Daniel Ekhart. The scholarships are awarded annually to children of active LPD or LFD employees who are pursuing education beyond high school. Congratulations to both recipients and their families!
