Absolute Recomp is preparing to open in Lombard, bringing a strength-focused gym with extensive equipment, functional training space and recovery amenities to 1161 S. Main Street.

The company’s announcement highlights more than 500 pieces of strength equipment from leading manufacturers, alongside a large turf area and space for functional training.

A full lineup of premium cardio equipment is also planned, giving members options for conditioning as well as lifting.

The amenities extend beyond the workout floor, with separate men’s and women’s saunas and resort-style locker rooms featuring secure lockers and private showers.

A dedicated posing and content creation room will offer space for documenting progress, while supplements and fitness retail will round out the experience.

Founders Rate enrollment is now available, with the company promoting a limited number of spots for early members.

The official Lombard page still lists the gym as coming soon without a confirmed opening date.
