Teresa’s Place Adult Daycare is inviting the community to come together for its 1st Annual Community Wellness & Resource Fair on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lombard Community Center, 433 E. St. Charles Road in Lombard. The event is free and open to everyone.

Designed to support individuals, caregivers, seniors, families, and the broader community, the fair will bring together local resources and trusted organizations while focusing on the eight dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, financial, occupational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual wellness.

Visitors can explore community resources and services, learn about health and wellness, participate in educational and interactive workshops, and make new community connections. The event will also feature raffle prizes and giveaways, light refreshments, a DJ, and uplifting music.

Teresa’s Place describes the event as a chance to “come for the resources” and “stay for the connections,” with the goal of helping build a stronger and healthier community.
