The Glen Ellyn Civic Center Parking Garage will receive scheduled cleaning on Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7, 2026, with portions of the facility temporarily unavailable each day.

Work begins at 8 a.m. on both days, and crews will close sections of the garage as cleaning moves forward.

Friday, November 6: The upper three levels will be cleaned.

Saturday, November 7: Cleaning will move to the first floor, lower level, and refuse corral.

The garage is located behind the Village Civic Center at 535 Duane Street in downtown Glen Ellyn.

Parking permit holders may use other Village parking lots while their usual spaces are affected.

Residents with overnight parking permits must choose an approved overnight parking lot, rather than assuming any available lot permits overnight stays.

Drivers planning downtown trips on either day should allow extra time to find a space and watch for temporary parking restrictions.

The Village thanks garage users for their patience during the maintenance work.
