Costumed cyclists bring Halloween fun to neighborhood streets while raising money for the community. |

Witches and wizards will take to their “broomcycles” for the Glen Ellyn Infant Welfare Society’s annual Witches Ride, a Halloween bike parade that raises money for the community.
DATE: Sunday, October 25, 2026
TIME: Pre-party 3:30 p.m.; check-in by 4 p.m.; ride departs 4:30 p.m.
Location: Sunset Pool parking lot, 483 Fairview Avenue, Glen Ellyn
Riders are encouraged to wear costumes, decorate their bicycles and bring candy to toss along the route. A Witches Brew celebration will follow at Maplewood Public House on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Spectators can watch for the organizer’s route update. Suggested viewing areas include Lincoln Elementary, Main Street Recreation Center and the Lake Ellyn area.
Streets will remain open to vehicles, so children should stay out of the roadway. Visit the event page for updates and a donation link.
