Villa Park’s Joyful Traditions returns for an evening of holiday cheer, hosted by the Villa Park Chamber of Commerce and Villa Park Historical Society.

DATE: Saturday, December 5, 2026

TIME: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

LOCATION: Ruggard Gazebo, 10 W. Park Boulevard, Villa Park

Families can stroll along the Prairie Path to see community-decorated Christmas trees, take photos with Santa and costumed characters, enjoy pony rides and visit the petting zoo.

Food trucks will offer snacks and dinner, and a trolley will take visitors to the Library and Historical Society.

New this year: a jazz trio will perform holiday favorites in the historical museum.

The event is free to attend and welcomes all ages.
