The Lombard Park District's Halloween House Decorating Contest begins October 12, inviting families and neighbors to explore the creative, spooky and festive displays popping up across town.

From glowing jack-o'-lanterns and playful ghosts to elaborate yard scenes, participating homeowners are bringing Halloween fun to local neighborhoods.

Grab the family, plan an evening drive and see which homes have transformed into seasonal showstoppers.

DATE: October 12–31, 2026

TIME: Visit during the evening when outdoor decorations and lights are easier to see.
