Lombard Public Works: Storm Debris Collection Update |
From July 27th Storms |

Storm Debris Collection Update: Lombard Public Works crews have been working and continue working throughout the community to clear storm debris from parkway trees and other public areas following yesterday's severe storms. As cleanup efforts continue, the Village will collect storm-damaged tree debris from parkway trees throughout the Village. The Village will also collect debris from private trees located north of Roosevelt Road, in accordance with Village Board policy.
If tree limbs are in contact with power lines, stay away and report the issue to ComEd. A ComEd contractor will remove limbs from power lines in coordination with ComEd after the lines have been de-energized.
Private tree debris placed at the parkway after Sunday, Aug. 2 will not be collected as part of this storm cleanup.
This collection effort is expected to continue throughout the next several days and into next week. We appreciate residents' patience as crews work to restore conditions throughout the community.
Damage to parkway trees, fallen limbs, and other non-emergency issues on Village property can be reported through the SeeClickFix app or online at www.villageoflombard.org/seeclickfix
