Downtown Lombard came alive with Halloween costumes, family fun and plenty of community spirit on Sunday, October 18, as neighbors gathered for the annual Lombard Spooktacular.

From little trick-or-treaters to colorful group costumes, families showed off their creativity on a beautiful fall day in the heart of town.

A highlight of the celebration was the LS Hair Design costume contest, with trophies recognizing some of the event's most memorable costumes.

A family dressed as unicorns was also on hand to celebrate and receive trophies, bringing even more color and smiles to the day.

Organizers have photographs of the winners but do not have everyone's names, so anyone who recognizes themselves or their family in the photos is encouraged to contact LS Hair Design in Lombard to claim their prize.
