Lombard's summer celebration of America's 250th anniversary begins with "Power of Place: America 250," a community-wide outdoor art exhibit on display June 15 through Sept. 6 at Lilacia Park and the Lombard Historical Society. Created by local students, artists, and community groups, the installation highlights the people, places, and memories that have shaped Lombard's identity.
