St. Mark’s Pumpkin Patch Returns to Glen Ellyn for a Good Cause |
October 3–30 pumpkin sale supports DuPagePads and neighbors facing homelessness |

St. Mark’s Pumpkin Patch returns to Glen Ellyn this October, giving residents a chance to pick out a pumpkin while helping neighbors experiencing homelessness.
The patch runs October 3–30 at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 393 N. Main Street, with pumpkins arriving Saturday, October 3.
Proceeds support DuPagePads and its work providing shelter and support services for individuals and families facing homelessness.
For shoppers, a seasonal purchase becomes a simple way to contribute to that work.
The patch is located on the church’s front lawn near downtown Glen Ellyn.
DuPagePads describes the patch as open 24 hours a day, allowing residents to stop by around their own schedules.
This year also marks 20 years of support for DuPagePads, with the organization reporting that the pumpkin patch has raised more than $146,000 since it began in 2006.
Whether choosing a pumpkin for carving, decorating a porch or bringing some fall color home, visitors can make their October tradition part of a community effort.
Stop by during the sale to select a pumpkin and support services that help people move toward stable housing.
