Thirsty Thursday Events at Glen Ellyn, Illinois

The Glen Ellyn Park District is expanding its popular Thirsty Thursday on the Deck series for 2026, increasing from three to five evenings of live music, drinks, and lakeside enjoyment this summer.

This 21+ event series takes place from 6:00–9:00 p.m. on the scenic patio and deck at the Lake Ellyn Boathouse.

Guests can enjoy live entertainment along with craft beer and wine available for purchase from The Beer Cellar. Complimentary light snacks will be provided, and attendees are welcome to bring their own food.

Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

2026 Entertainment Schedule:

July 9 – Side Project (Pop, Rock & Folk)

July 23 – Mickey O’Brien and Friends (Modern R&B Pop)

August 6 – Keith Baumann (Acoustic Americana Duo)

Admission is $20 per person and includes one drink ticket.

A portion of the proceeds from each event benefits the Glen Ellyn Parks Foundation, supporting local parks, recreational improvements, and scholarship opportunities for community programs.

Guests are encouraged to preregister online before each event. Limited walk-up registration may be available at the door. Both residents and nonresidents are welcome to attend.
