Villa Park Ace Hardware is bringing a little Halloween fun—and a lot of community spirit—to town with its Howl-O-Ween Bash on Saturday, October 31, 2026.

The four-hour event combines adoptable dogs, a community blood drive, raffle prizes and local vendors at the store on South Villa Avenue.

Fetching Tails Foundation will bring adoptable dogs looking for their forever homes, giving visitors a chance to meet potential new family members and learn about the rescue's work.

The event will also feature a Vitalant blood drive, offering neighbors an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through blood donation.

Visitors can support Fetching Tails Foundation by purchasing raffle tickets, with all proceeds benefiting the organization.

Raffle prizes include an EGO snow blower valued at $1,000, a $100 Ace gift card courtesy of DeNova Detect, and a $100 Villa Park Ace gift certificate.

Tickets are priced at one for $20, five for $50, or twenty for $100.

Various vendors will also be on-site displaying their products and offering samples, adding to the festive atmosphere.
