Villa Park Deputy Chief Brandon Mitsuka Earns Chief Fire Officer Certification |

Villa Park Deputy Chief Brandon Mitsuka has earned his Chief Fire Officer certification from the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal, marking a major professional accomplishment.
According to the Village’s recognition announcement, it is the highest level of fire officer certification available through OSFM.
The achievement reflects more than two years of commitment, including 13 months of classroom education and a year-long task book.
That task book required Mitsuka to complete and demonstrate extensive fire service knowledge and leadership skills.
The Village praised his hard work and dedication throughout the process and invited the community to join in congratulating him on the accomplishment.
