The Villa Park Women’s Club will host “Get the Facts: Districts 45 and 88 Referendum Forum” on Thursday, Sept. 24, at Willowbrook High School, 1250 S. Ardmore Ave. in Villa Park.

The forum begins at 6:30 p.m. in Room W4. Attendees should enter through Door 6.

Representatives from School District 45 and DuPage High School District 88 will discuss the referendum questions appearing on the Nov. 3 ballot and answer questions from community members.

The evening’s schedule includes:

• 6:40–6:50 p.m.: District 45 presentation
• 6:50–7:20 p.m.: District 45 question-and-answer session
• 7:20–7:30 p.m.: Intermission
• 7:30–7:40 p.m.: District 88 presentation
• 7:40–8:10 p.m.: District 88 question-and-answer session

The forum is intended to help residents learn directly from the school districts before Election Day. Community members are welcome whether they have closely followed the referendum proposals or are just beginning to learn about them.

Questions may be submitted in advance to forum@villaparkwomensclub.com. Audience questions will also be accepted during the event.

The Villa Park Women’s Club brings local women together through community service, civic engagement and activities supporting Villa Park and its residents. The club meets at 7 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Villa Park Community Recreation Center. New and prospective members are welcome.
