Glen Ellyn Park District announces programs and November registration dates |

The Glen Ellyn Park District has unveiled its Winter 2027 Playbook, giving local families a chance to explore upcoming programs and prepare for November registration.
The online seasonal guide includes a variety of ways for children, adults, and families to stay active and connected during the colder months.
Returning favorites include Whoville Holiday, Grandparent and Me Winter Tea, and recital dance classes.
New activities include Cardio Pickleball, Family Woodpecker Walk, and Joy Lab, offering fresh ways to move, learn, and spend time together.
The Playbook also highlights fitness classes, adaptive sports opportunities, community events, and spring sports leagues.
Residents should mark Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 8 a.m. on their calendars, when resident registration begins.
Nonresident registration opens one week later on Saturday, November 14, at 8 a.m.
Families can browse the offerings in advance, note the activities that interest them most, and plan around school and work schedules before enrollment opens.
That preparation may be especially helpful for households trying to coordinate multiple children's sports, classes, and special events.
Whether your family enjoys arts and crafts, outdoor exploration, recreation, or holiday traditions, the winter lineup offers plenty of ways to make the season memorable.
The new Playbook is also a reminder that winter fun does not have to stop when temperatures drop.
Registration is approaching, but the guide is available to explore now.
