May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Village of Lombard is partnering with the DuPage County Health Department to help raise awareness about the DuPage County Crisis Recovery Center (CRC).

As part of this effort, CRC yard signs are now displayed at several Village facilities throughout Lombard to help connect residents with information and support.

The DuPage County Crisis Recovery Center is a 24/7 walk-in facility, located in Wheaton, that provides immediate mental health and substance use care for adults and youth. The CRC offers crisis stabilization, counseling, assessments and support regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

If you or someone you know needs help, support is available. Learn more about the Crisis Recovery Center and other mental health resources at
